Ethical AI Concept Recognized at the Tulsa Idea Challenge 2024
In May 2024, Sam Gabor was awarded the Most Novel Idea prize at the Tulsa Idea Challenge, a two-day entrepreneurship competition that brought together more than 200 participants to develop solutions for community problems. His proposal outlined an AI marketplace designed to ethically source creative content by compensating artists and creators through a transparent royalty-based structure.
Held at the University of Tulsa on May 4-5, the Challenge was presented through a partnership between 36 Degrees North, Builders + Backers, and Tulsa Remote, and distributed $50,000 in awards recognizing innovation, collaboration, and social impact in Tulsa.
